Erectile function assessment (International Index)

This questionnaire (International Index of Erectile Function – IIEF-5) allows you to assess your sexual function over the past 6 months. Answer each question in complete confidentiality.

I. How confident were you that you could get and maintain an erection?
II. When you have had erections as a result of sexual stimulation, how often has your penis been rigid (hard) enough to allow penetration?
III. When you have tried to have sexual intercourse, how often have you been able to maintain an erection after penetrating your partner?
IV. During sexual intercourse, how difficult was it for you to maintain an erection until the end of intercourse?
V. When you have tried to have sexual intercourse, how often have you been satisfied?
