- Marking and harvesting of fat (abdomen, hips, thighs) by micro-liposuction

What are the different techniques of penoplasty?
There are two main types of penile augmentation: medical penoplasty, which involves injecting hyaluronic acid to increase girth, and surgical penoplasty, which can alter length (by cutting the suspensory ligament) and/or girth. The choice depends on your expectations and the clinical examination.
What results can we expect?
Hyaluronic acid injections can increase circumference by 1 to 3 cm, depending on the volume injected. Suspensory ligament surgery provides an apparent increase in length of 2 to 4 cm in the flaccid state. The results are visible immediately and stabilize within a few weeks.
Is medical penoplasty painful and how long does it take?
The injection is performed in a consultation under local anesthesia (numbing cream) and lasts approximately 30 minutes. Sexual relations can be resumed after 2 to 3 weeks. Hyaluronic acid is slowly absorbed: the result lasts on average 18 to 24 months.
What are the risks?
