Penoplasty (Aesthetic phalloplasty)

Penoplasty is cosmetic surgery of the penis to increase its length and/or circumference.
It is aimed at men who wish to improve the appearance of their penis, sometimes a source of complexes or psychological discomfort.
Surgical techniques
There are two main techniques:
- Lipostructure enlargement (injection of autologous fat), with long-lasting, natural results.
- Lengthening by releasing the suspensory ligament, allowing visible gain at rest.
In some cases, these procedures may be combined with or complemented by other procedures (glans augmentation, frenulum plasty, circumcision, etc.).

Medical technology
One technique is medical penoplasty using hyaluronic acid injections. This is a non-surgical, outpatient alternative.
