Surgical penoplasty

Lipostructure enlargement (lipofilling)
Reinjection of autologous fat (taken from the patient) into the penile envelope to increase circumference.
+ Stable results if weight remains constant, natural texture.
Lengthening by sectioning the suspensory ligament
Frees up a buried portion of the penis, providing +3 to +6 cm at rest ( minimal gain when erect).
+ Visible effect on flaccid length, discreet scar in pubic hair.
Additional procedures on indication: frenulum plasty, foreskin/circumcision, glans augmentation (see below).

Medical penoplasty (non-surgical)

Hyaluronic acid (H.A.) – Enlargement
Cohesive H.A. injections to increase circumference (especially at rest).
Duration: temporary result (≈ 12-18 months), maintenance possible.
Points of caution: risk ofasymmetries, nodules, migration; indication applied with caution after information and consent.
Acorn augmentation (A.H.)
Useful if acorn deemed “small” or after shaft enlargement to rebalance volumes.
Duration: ≈ 12-18 months; moderate volumes for safety.

How is a lipostructure penoplasty performed?

1️⃣ Marking & fat removal (abdomen/hip/thighs) by micro-lipoaspiration
2️⃣ Preparation (decantation/centrifugation)
3️⃣ Reinjection in micro-threads around the corpora cavernosa for even distribution
4️⃣ Light dressing - most often ambulatory

📌 Hospitalization: Ambulatory (same-day discharge from clinic) or even 24h

Lengthening (section of suspensory ligament)

How is a lengthening penoplasty performed by sectioning the suspensory ligament?
