Surgical penoplasty

Libère une portion enfouie de la verge, apportant +2 à +6 cm au repos (mais gain minime en érection).

Medical penoplasty (non-surgical)
Acide hyaluronique (A.H.) – Élargissement
Injections d’A.H. cohésif pour augmenter la circonférence en érection et au repos.
Durée : résultat définitif après 30% de perte les premiers mois (≈ 12–18 mois), retouche éventuelle après 1 mois environ en cas d’irrégularités.
Points de vigilance : risque d’asymétries, nodules, migration ; indication posée avec prudence après information et consentement.Acorn augmentation (A.H.)
Useful if acorn deemed “small” or after shaft enlargement to rebalance volumes.
Duration: ≈ 12-18 months; moderate volumes for safety.

How is a lipostructure penoplasty performed?
1️⃣ Marking & fat removal (abdomen/hip/thighs) by micro-lipoaspiration
2️⃣ Preparation (decantation/centrifugation)
3️⃣ Reinjection in micro-threads around the corpora cavernosa for even distribution
4️⃣ Light dressing - most often ambulatory
