Surgical penoplasty

Enlargement by lipostructure (lipofilling)
Reinjection of autologous fat (taken from the patient) into the penile envelope to increase circumference .
+ Stable result if the weight remains constant, natural texture.
Lengthening by section of the suspensory ligament
Releases a buried portion of the penis, providing +2 to +6 cm at rest (but minimal gain in erection ).
+ Visible effect on flaccid length, discreet scar in pubic hair.
Additional procedures on indication : frenulum plastic surgery, foreskin/circumcision, glans augmentation (see below).

Medical (non-surgical) penoplasty

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) – Enlargement
Cohesive HA injections to increase girth in erection and at rest.
Duration : final result after 30% loss in the first few months (≈ 12–18 months), possible touch-up after approximately 1 month in the event of irregularities.
Points of vigilance : risk of asymmetries , nodules , migration ; indication given with caution after information and consent.
Glans Augmentation (GA)
Useful if the glans is considered “small” or after widening the shaft to rebalance the volumes .
Duration : ≈ 12–18 months; moderate volumes for safety.

1️⃣ Marking & fat removal (abdomen/hip/thighs) by micro-liposuction
2️⃣ Preparation (decantation/centrifugation)
3️⃣ Reinjection of micro-threads around the corpora cavernosa for even distribution
4️⃣ Light dressing – most often outpatient
