  3. Micro-wire reinjection around the corpora cavernosa \u2014 a precise technique that guarantees homogeneous distribution and avoids irregularities<\/li>
  4. Light dressing \u2014 monitoring in the recovery room, return home the same day in most cases<\/li><\/ol>

    This is a physiological reality \u2014 not a limitation inherent to the technology.<\/p>

    Weight stability is not an insurmountable obstacle. It is an essential criterion in your decision. For the vast majority of my patients who maintain a stable weight, the results are long-lasting\u2014and this is what fundamentally differentiates lipofilling from hyaluronic acid. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    I wanted to address a question that I receive more and more often, and which deserves a clear answer: can a man who has lost penile volume following treatment for prostate cancer regain that volume?<\/em><\/p>

    The answer is yes \u2014 but not solely through lipofilling<\/strong> . In these patients, the volume loss is linked to devascularization of the corpora cavernosa caused by prostatectomy or radiotherapy. The tissues have become depleted and retracted. <\/p>

    In these specific cases, it’s the insertion of a penile implant\u2014using a specific technique I call “oversizing”\u2014that acts as an internal dilator and allows for a gradual regain of volume. The new generations of implants available on the French market for the past few months even allow for further expansion, thanks to multidirectional growth in both length and width when inflated to their maximum capacity. <\/p>

    Lipofilling, in this context, can be considered as a complement or as a second step\u2014but it is not the primary solution for these patients.
