For many men, the operating room, anesthesia, recovery, or associated risks represent a significant barrier \u2014 even when the embarrassment is real and impacts self-confidence.<\/p>

Medical penoplasty exists precisely for these patients. The goal: to gain volume immediately, in a controlled and reversible manner<\/strong> . <\/p>

Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally present in the body, used for years in cosmetic medicine to restore volume. Its application here is to increase the circumference of the penis and glans without surgery. <\/p>

In cosmetic medicine, synthetic hyaluronic acid is used\u2014cross-linked, meaning stabilized to last longer in the tissues. It is supplied in pre-filled, CE-certified, sterile syringes of controlled quality. This is the product I use in my practice for non-surgical penile augmentation. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      2. Targeted injections with flexible micro-cannulas \u2014 an average of about ten syringes during the first session, injected under the different layers of the penile wall<\/li>
      3. Gently massage immediately afterwards \u2014 to ensure even distribution of the product and avoid irregularities<\/li>
      4. Post-injection instructions given to the patient \u2014 to optimize distribution and results in the following days<\/li><\/ol>
