When pills, injections, or external devices no longer allow for a sufficient erection, a penile implant now represents the most reliable and lasting solution. <\/p><p>This procedure has been performed for several decades and benefits from major technological advances: stronger materials, more discreet devices, extremely low infection rates, and very stable results.
